Pay Range
The pay range for this position is between 240000.
Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. The Home Depot offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits, which may include a performance-based bonus program or a profit sharing program depending on position.

The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for assessing market needs and inspiring cross-functional product teams to find the fastest way to achieve value around those needs. The role focuses on delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality products The Sr. Product Manager must not only be able to develop new ideas for products, but deliver them in coordination with a product roadmap. You are a leader and are comfortable operating in both technical and business environments. The Sr. Product Managers work closely with teams of developers, designers, data scientist and business partners. They support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional product teams. Importantly, the Sr. Product Manager, must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth, change management) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, developing roadmaps and stories to support features, being a force multiplier and leader of their teams). The Sr. Product Manager is often responsible for products that are higher-profile and/or that are larger in scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- 70% Develop/contribute to product roadmap that fits into the vision of Home Depot; Work with Dev. Managers to groom backlogs, sprint plan, lead demos, retrospectives and daily standups; Write clear and concise requirements and user stories, prioritize development items and coordinate schedules with data science and engineering teams
- 30% Align on and communicate roadmap to stakeholders; Work with Business partners to understand and support change management needs and cross functional dependencies; Work with support and business counterparts to develop pilots programs, product rollout plans etc.

- Reports to the Director of Product Management BL
- This position has no direct reports.
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
